Career steps

At Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, there are six career steps in all. Your entry level depends on your prior experience.

We offer our consultants an excellent program for professional and personal development. Twice a year, each consultant's location and progress is reviewed. Based on this review, the consultant’s individual career path is then charted in discussions with his or her personal mentor. The objectives set in this context mark the paths to personal development in our company.

Our extensive international seminar program for all consultants, including the two-week kick-off training course, is also part of this process. Depending on performance and duration of employment, consultants also have the opportunity to study for an MBA or a doctorate. In addition, there are opportunities to work at other Roland Berger offices, courtesy of our International Staff Exchange Program, which enables consultants to enrich their experience still further.
