Prospective consultants will have completed their studies, gaining excellent results, and will ideally have additional academic qualifications (a second degree, PhD or MBA). Excellent English and Russian are a must, other foreign language will be an advantage.

Aside from practical experience (challenging internships, professional experience in Central and Eastern Europe and/or the United States), we also look for a suitable personality to work in the world of consulting: inquisitive, assertive and energetic team players with strong interpersonal skills and who are eager to learn.

Our consultants work on national and international projects, so they must be highly interested in other countries and cultures and be willing to travel.
