Roland Berger obtains the corporate member status of the Friends of the Russian Museum Society
Roland Berger Strategy Consultants has obtained the corporate member status of the Friends of the Russian Museum International Society. The Society comprises those who support the State Russian Museum in its endeavors and contribute to preserving the cultural heritage of the country.
The Society members are deeply involved in the life of the Russian Museum, providing financial, technical and organizational support for the Museum's programs and projects. Many Museum's academic, restoration, exhibition and educational initiatives are backed by the Society.
"I hope that the State Russian Museum will benefit from Roland Berger's expertise in the field of cultural and educational organizations management and economics. The global presence of our firm naturally contributes to the development of Russian Museum's collaboration with other museums. This is to enhance the cultural dialogue between Russia and Europe, and enforce the Russian art presence in the international context," said Boris Firsov, Partner at the Roland Berger.
According to Vladimir Gusev, director of the Russian Museum, Roland Berger suggestions reflect to a large extent the aspirations of museum's management, as well as what it should be done so that people from all other the world become as familiar with the history of Russia and Russian art as they are with other major art schools.
